I’m Michael Menchise, a dual-passion professional: a real estate broker, attorney, and community leader, based in beautiful Palm Beach County, Florida. My work combines legal expertise, real-estate savvy, and a deep commitment to serving the people and communities I care about.

 

I practice law as a business consultant and advisor, where I bring both passion and expertise into my work. I believe in leveling the playing field for my clients — whether they are buying, selling, investing, or facing legal challenges — by offering clear, honest advice, strong advocacy, and a personal touch.

 

In real estate, I leverage that legal background to help agents and clients navigate not just contracts and transactions, but sometimes the unexpected — zoning, disclosures, complex negotiations, regulatory issues. As a Broker and Mentor to Agents: I’m dedicated to helping agents build their business on solid foundations — ethical practice, sharp market awareness, and community relationships. As a legal consultant, I handle real estate law among other legal matters, with the goal of both preventing problems before they arise and solving them when they do.
